How can I use this? 


You can use this at any time of day and as often as you like. Simply make sure that you'll be uninterrupted for the next 5 minutes or so. 

Because I will ask you to set an intention (for this day or the next), it can be really helpful at the beginning or at the end of your day. 


Does this require any particular type of belief system? 

No, it doesn't. I've guided people from all sorts of different backgrounds through this. 

That said, depending on what you're used to, it might require some openness. I may be saying things that sound weird to you.

That's perfectly okay. If something I say doesn't work for you, feel free to internally change the words.
